Incident Reporting Overview

Event Safety Plan has a comprehensive tool to allow teams to report, investigate and manage incident reports. 

The features are restricted by the role a user has in the team

Team Owner Team Admin Team User / Public User
Can submit an incident report via a unique team URL. No login required.
Gets notified when a report is submitted.
Can view team incident reports
Can request additional information from submitter or additional witnesses
Can add management notes to the report about the response and change the status between open / close.
Can export a PDF of the report
Can edit a report
Can delete a report
